About the Role

As Seasonal Plant Manager, you will take ownership of the seasonal plant area, leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding customer service and a truly memorable shopping experience. With a hands-on approach, you\'ll ensure stock is well-managed, displays are inspiring, and sales opportunities are maximised. You\'ll have the autonomy to make a real impact, driving both sales and profitability while maintaining the highest standards.

  • Previous experience working in a garden centre environment
  • Strong plant knowledge, particularly in seasonal ranges
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to spot and act on sales opportunities
  • Solid stock management skills across the full product cycle
