Job summary

The Institute for Outdoor Learning is seeking Seasonal Outdoor Learning Instructors for Avon Tyrrell Outdoor Centre in Bransgore. This role involves delivering outdoor learning sessions for various groups, where instructors will play a vital part in the development of young people's skills.

The ideal candidates will have relevant outdoor qualifications and experience. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of £26,812.50 per annum, pro rata, and an opportunity for an immediate start.

Qualifications

• Experience of delivering outdoor learning sessions to a range of ages and abilities.
• Valid first aid certificate.
• At least one relevant qualification in outdoor instruction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outdoor learning sessions to diverse groups.
• Ensure participant safety during activities.
• Support the development of young people's skills through outdoor programmes.

Skills

Experience in delivering outdoor learning sessions

Valid first aid certificate

BC Coach Award or minimum BC PaddleSport Instructor

CWI Assessment or climbing qualification

ERCA Traditional Instructor & ERCA Rescuer

Nationally recognised Mountain Biking qualification

Archery GB instructor
