The Institute for Outdoor Learning is looking for a Sessional Outdoor Activities Instructor to provide memorable outdoor educational experiences in Dacorum, England. Successful candidates will work flexible hours, mainly during weekdays with some evenings and weekends.

This role requires a passion for outdoor education, ability to engage students, and a valid driving license for transport. Candidates must be enthusiastic, adaptable, and bring creativity to the delivery of educational activities.

Qualifications

• Understanding of how outdoor education develops personal and social skills.
• Current or recent experience in a similar role.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Skills in activities like Archery, Bushcraft, or Mountain-biking.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outdoor educational sessions to children and families.
• Maintain equipment and resources for activities.
• Engage in team activities and collaborate with staff.
