Job summary

Marks and Spencer is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations to support our stores with stock, deliveries and back‑end processes. The role is physically demanding, fast‑paced, and requires you to move quickly to keep the shop floor stocked and ready for customers.

You will use digital tools to track deliveries and stock levels, collaborate across store functions, and adapt to early morning deliveries or late stock movements as required.

• Must be 18 years or older.
