Marks & Spencer Plc is recruiting an Operations Assistant to support the backstage operations of the store. This role involves handling stock and deliveries, keeping the shop floor stocked, clean and ready for customers, and working across the wider store to maintain pace and flow.

The job requires physical endurance and a proactive, digital-focused approach. Flexibility is essential, with early starts and variable shifts.

• Under 18 disclaimer: this job role cannot be offered to anyone under 18.
• Hybrid/variable hours: may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
• Physical, high-intensity role involving stock, deliveries and behind-the-scenes work to keep the store running smoothly.
• Digital proficiency: use digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock.
• Team player: collaborate across store functions to support colleagues and operations.
• Flexibility: early-morning deliveries and late stock movements to maintain flow.
