Our Tesco colleague pay starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores inside the M25. An additional night premium of £2.35 per hour applies for hours worked between midnight and 6am. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week for new colleagues, with options to work fewer hours (minimum 12). We are flexible with scheduling and support work-life balance.

As a store colleague, your responsibilities include:
