A leading hospitality company is hiring a Seasonal Lounge Host at Upperdeck Glasgow Airport. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and assist with food preparations. Must be 18+ and available for evening shifts. This seasonal role includes a 3 days on, 3 days off shift pattern and requires a strong commitment to customer care and safety standards. Full training and staff parking are provided.

Role Responsibility

Main Responsibilities -

  • provide excellent customer service from the preparation, presentation and service of food and beverages to the Lounge customers satisfaction.
  • Set the bars, ensure the condiments, glasses, cups etc are neatly arranged
  • Load service counters as and when directed and to ensure sufficient supplies throughout the service period.
  • Ensure that the lounge seating area is clean, sofa chairs and tables are arranged as per the lounge plan.
  • Assist the chef with some food preparations for example fruit plates, cheese boards etc.
  • Provide an efficient and friendly service to lounge customers, ensuring that all their needs are met.

  • Front of house and customer facing experience
  • An element of food experience

  • Able to work on own initiative within a team environment
Package Description
  • Seasonal position ending October
  • Must be 18+ due to serving at bar
  • Shift pattern 3 days on 3 days off between 17:00-21:00
