Job Title: Seasonal Logistics Associate

Location: London / Work from Home - Hybrid working available

Reporting To: Logistics Manager

Role Overview: The Seasonal Logistics Associate supports the Logistics Manager and CX team during our busy seasonal period, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer experience.

Start Date: Mid October 2024

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with daily administrative tasks such as processing delivery exceptions and updating SLA reports.
2. Manage logistics inbox, resolve carrier queries, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
3. Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to resolve shipment issues.
4. Monitor B2B shipments and escalate issues promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Logistics experience is desirable but not essential.
2. Strong teamwork and ability to work independently.
3. Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, or similar.
4. Quick learner with good prioritization skills.

Additional Requirements: Ability to document UK work authorization. Travel to London Distribution Centre for training required.
