The Royal Golf Hotel in Dornoch, set amidst the Scottish Highlands, invites applications for a Kitchen Porter on a seasonal basis. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will support the kitchen by washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and assisting with basic food preparation.

The ideal candidate is reliable, has a good work ethic, and can thrive in a fast-paced kitchen. Full training will be provided; prior kitchen experience is helpful but not required. An excellent attitude and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen preferred but not essential; full training provided.
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions from Head Chef.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
• Excellent time management and team player mindset.
