Job Description:

Shepherd Neame is looking for a full-time, Seasonal Kitchen Porter to join our team until September. If you enjoy hospitality but prefer working behind the scenes supporting your colleagues and contributing to the team's overall success, this may be just the job for you.

Overlooking one of the finest beaches on the North Kent Coast, the Minnis Bay Bar & Brasserie in Birchington is a relaxed, stylish location that offers truly outstanding views, great food, an extensive drinks list, and friendly service.

We know that great kitchen porters are a key ingredient to a successful kitchen, so this role will see you working as part of our friendly and supportive team to ensure the delivery of a great and efficient dining experience to our customers.

If you haven’t got any previous experience in this role, please do not worry; as long as you are confident, committed, and a great team player, we can train you and teach you everything else that you will need to know.
