You will mentor junior chefs, collaborate closely with front-of-house colleagues, contribute ideas to evolving menus, and uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety and food quality in a vibrant, people-first kitchen.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong culinary technique with seasonal ingredients and presentation.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn and evolve your craft.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Calm, focused under pressure with a can-do attitude.
