• Providing excellent customer service to guests and visitors.
• Working at reception to offer insights about the hostel and local area, ensuring guests feel welcomed and informed.
• Using systems for guest check-ins, check-outs, and food and beverage sales.
• Carrying out housekeeping duties to maintain a clean environment.
