Position: Hospitality Team Member

Location: YHA Canterbury, Kent, United Kingdom

Contract: Fixed term, flexible hours, minimum 10 hours/week

Pay: £12.21/hour (including those under 21)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service to guests, members, and visitors
• Assist at reception, providing information about the hostel and local area
• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, food and beverage sales
• Perform housekeeping duties to ensure a clean environment
• Assist in food preparation and service, promoting warm hospitality

Skills and Experience:

• Experience in face-to-face customer service
• Ability to work well in a team and support colleagues
• Punctuality and flexibility to work various shifts
• Ability to manage workload pressures and prioritize tasks
• Understanding of YHA's mission and values
