The successful candidates will strive to delight and exceed all customer expectations, providing guests with a totally unforgettable customer service experience. A full valid driving license is required, and previous experience in hospitality is preferable, however full training will also be provided.

Seasonal contracts will run through to the 3rd January 2026. We are offering a flexible hour position, where working hours may vary depending on business needs. However, we can generally guarantee between 12-16 hours per week. Please note that while we strive to provide consistent hours, the nature of this contract means that there may be occasional fluctuations. Job shares considered.

Rates of pay are £10.18 for under 21-year-olds, and £12.21 for over 21 year olds. Working hours can range between the hours of 08:00-22:00, and will include weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays. The Location

Port Lympne Hotel & Reserve is a world-renowned wild animal park set within 600 acres of Kentish savannah. The Reserve is home to some of the world’s most rare and endangered animals and offers luxury short breaks accommodation, free roaming animal safaris, once-in-a-lifetime animal encounters and exquisite dining experiences. Most importantly, every one of our employees is part of real conservation in action and their efforts have contributed to animals such as black rhino and western lowland gorillas being returned to their natural habitats in collaboration with our partners at The Aspinall Foundation.
