Job Title: Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Operatives
Location: Burton-on-Trent
Hourly Rate: £12.21
Contract Type: Fixed Term, 7 months. Starting ASAP
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 4:30pm, possible overtime

About the role

As part of our Grounds Maintenance team in Burton on Trent, you will maintain the green spaces of Burton and surrounding areas through grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, spraying, and more. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and grow with us in a friendly and encouraging environment.

Requirements

  • Previous Grounds Maintenance experience required, including ride-on mowers.
  • A full valid UK manual driving licence is essential; ability to tow trailers would be a benefit.
  • PA1 and PA6 licenses are desirable.
  • Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
