Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Operative (6m FTC), Warrington, Cheshire

Job title: Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Operative (6 months)

Salary/hourly rate: £12.21

Contract type: 6-month Fixed-Term Contract

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 16:00

About the role

Join us as a Grounds Maintenance Operative to perform tasks such as grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, spraying, and more. You will be part of our team in Culcheth, maintaining grounds for our clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, gain valuable experience, and grow within a friendly environment.

Requirements
  • Previous grounds maintenance experience, including use of handheld equipment and ride-on mowers
  • Full valid UK driving licence
  • Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset
  • Physically fit, able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Willingness to learn and work well in a team
  • PA1 and PA6 licences are advantageous but not essential
