Job summary

Lloyd's Register International is seeking a Seasonal Duty Manager to lead the front-of-house team during live events at WTM venues from October to December, including the pantomime season. You will oversee FOH, bar and retail operations, driving guest satisfaction and supporting the Customer Experience Manager across theatres, museums and cinema shifts.

In this role you’ll ensure safe, smooth event delivery with high customer experience standards, and that all staff and volunteers are trained on

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer-facing team on shift to deliver an excellent customer experience across FOH, bar and retail.
• Assist the Customer Experience Manager in running live events, cinema shifts and museum shifts as needed.
• Ensure the programme runs smoothly and safely with a high level of customer experience.
• Ensure all staff, volunteers and placements are familiar with emergency evacuation procedures.
• Ensure entertainment licensing, fire safety, H&S, Food & Hygiene and alcohol regulations are observed at all times.
