Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to explain features to customers.
• Comfort using digital tools and devices on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver five-star service at pace to customers.
• Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products.
• Be a proactive brand ambassador and raise the bar through excellent service.
