A day in the life of…

As Christmas F&B Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our Christmas party guests. Your role involves welcoming guests from around the world with a friendly smile and providing exceptional service. You will work closely with your team to ensure each shift runs smoothly and efficiently, delivering the best guest experience every time.

Based in Mercure Gloucester, you will be part of a passionate team that understands that being the best doesn’t always mean working around the clock.
