Pell Frischmann Group Ltd. is recruiting 2 Seasonal Ecologists for our Luton office, ASAP through to November 2026. The role focuses on bat surveying, fieldwork and reporting for a major infrastructure project. Training will be provided; transport and ability to work dawn/dusk surveys are essential.
Responsibilities include bat surveys with thermal/IR cameras, survey logistics, data analysis and report input. Some travel across the UK may be required.

About the Role
Pell Frischmann is seeking to appoint Seasonal Field Ecologists to join their Ecology team in the Luton office from ASAP until November 2026 to assist with field work and reporting relating to Bat Surveying. Depending on workload at the time there could be the potential to extend or opportunity to transfer to permanent.
Some experience of undertaking bat surveys in the field and desk-based sound analysis is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided as part of the role. Works will be primarily associated with a large scale infrastructure project in the Midlands but may also include occasional assistance to the wider ecology team on projects around the UK. As a result you must have your own transport and be able to work Dawn and Dusk surveys.
