Job summary

LUSH Bristol - Cribbs Causeway is hiring a Stock Assistant. You will help maintain stock, visuals, and cleanliness to ensure a fresh, engaging store environment during our peak season. Your teamwork and communication will create a great guest experience on the high street.

Join a partly employee-owned, ethics-driven team and contribute to exceptional customer service while supporting stock deliveries and stock rotation across shifts starting early in the morning.

The role

Stock Assistants work at the forefront of our business & ensure our products are fresh, and that we are maintaining our visual merchandising and cleanliness standards. We need you to be passionate, motivated and enthusiastic about showcasing our beautiful products. You need to be an excellent team player who is ready to hit the ground running to ensure our stock levels are maintained during our busiest time of the year.

You’ll support with processing deliveries, and keeping an eye on stock rotation so to reduce waste management. With in-depth training on our products and ingredients, you will be a Lush Ambassador representing our ethics and values to our customers, and play a crucial part in ensuring the ultimate experience for our guests, and offering the best customer service on the high street, at our busiest time of the year.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining visual merchandising and cleanliness standards.
