Jewells is seeking Seasonal Customer Experience Stylists to join our stores for the Christmas period. You’ll help customers find gifts and make every visit feel special, while enjoying training and a supportive team.

You’ll create exceptional experiences, style and advise on jewellery, guide gifting decisions, and help drive store performance during peak trading weeks, keeping the shop neat and inviting.

Formación

• Availability across the full contract, including peak weekends.
• Retail or customer-facing experience is a bonus, but not essential.

We’re looking for Seasonal Customer Experience Stylists to join our stores for our busiest time of year. You’ll help customers find the perfect gift, or a little something for themselves, and make every visit feel special.

The Contract

• Seasonal contract covering our busy Christmas period
• Shifts include weekends and late-night trading
• Flexible shifts that work around you, ideal if you’re studying or looking for extra hours

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create exceptional experiences. Welcome every customer, build a real connection and make each visit memorable.
• Style and advise. Help customers discover jewellery they love, from the perfect gift to a stack that shows off their personal style.
• Make gifting easy. Guide customers who don’t know where to start, and help them leave with something they’re proud to give.
• Drive performance. Support store sales targets during our biggest trading weeks.
• Keep standards high. Help keep the store clean, well stocked and looking its best, even on the busiest days.
