Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a Seasonal Customer Advisor to help customers find gifts and offers during the festive period. You’ll be the friendly face on the shop floor, delivering proactive, personalised service while supporting stock, deliveries and store presentation.

This fast-paced, active role requires energy, resilience and a team-first attitude. Bank holiday availability is essential; previous retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Available to work Bank Holidays including Black Friday week and weekend.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find the right products, gifts, services and offers.
• Create memorable customer experiences through friendly, personalised service.
• Help customers complete purchases using tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full.
• Support deliveries and organise stock in the stockroom.
• Keep the store and shopping areas looking its best.
• Work across different areas of the store and support your team wherever help is needed.
