Job summary

Scopely is seeking a Production Director - Seasonal Content to lead MONOPOLY GO!'s seasonal program. Based remotely in the UK or from our Barcelona hub on a hybrid basis, you will own planning, execution, and cross-functional alignment with Art, Design, Product, Live Operations, Licensing, and Content teams to deliver high-quality seasons.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading production in large-scale live-service games.
• Proven ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on production management.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience with content-heavy seasonal releases and IP integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead production for the Seasonal Content organization and ensure timely delivery of MONOPOLY GO! seasons.
• Own the operational health of the seasonal portfolio, balancing player experience and business objectives.
• Drive the evolution of the seasonal content pipeline including art, design, and localization.
• Plan content roadmaps, capacity, outsourcing, and resource forecasting for sustainable execution.
• Partner with Product, Art, Design, Live Ops, Marketing, and Licensing leadership on priorities.
• Provide strategic direction while involved in milestone reviews, dependency management, and risk.
• Remove blockers with producers and developers to improve workflows and execution.
• Mentor Production Managers and Producers to raise team maturity and effectiveness.
