Our Tesco colleague pay starts from £12.45 an hour, increasing to £13.66 within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week for new colleagues, with options to work as few as 12 hours if preferred. We offer flexible scheduling within specified availability windows, with 3 weeks' notice for shifts. We welcome close matches to advertised times and support flexibility.
