Pay and Hours

Our Tesco Colleague rate starts from £12.45/hr; this increases to £13.66 within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location. We guarantee new colleagues a minimum of 16 hours per week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12).

We will schedule your hours within your available windows, with 3 weeks' notice of shifts. Flexibility is supported if your availability closely matches our needs.
