The Fox & Anchor, a historic pub with a bustling hotel and pub operation in Barbican, London, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie for the Xmas period (November to January). The role offers both part-time and full-time hours, with opportunities to showcase skill across a busy kitchen and contribute to seasonal menus.

We value passion for fresh, local produce and a hands-on approach. You will join a supportive team and help drive excellent service during the festive period.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen.
• Passion for producing high quality, fresh dishes.
• Hands-on leader who works well with the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen station and ensure consistent dish quality.
• Assist Head Chef in menu planning and daily specials.
• Maintain hygiene, stock and GP controls.
• Coordinate with front-of-house for smooth service.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
