Drake & Morgan is seeking a Seasonal Chef De Partie to join our busy branded bars and restaurants in London. You will oversee a section of the kitchen and work within a fast-paced environment.

You will prepare, cook and present dishes to spec, train junior staff, support the sous and head chefs with menu development, and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.

We offer competitive hourly rates, service charge, tips, and strong opportunities for progression across our London venues.

Formación

• Experience as Chef de Partie or senior commis in a busy kitchen.
• Ability to train junior staff and manage a section.
• Understanding of food hygiene and health & safety standards.
