Job summary

Drake & Morgan seeks a Chef de Partie to lead a section of the kitchen within our busy branded venues. You will prepare, cook and present dishes to spec while training junior chefs and supporting the sous and head chefs in creating specials.

• Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to spec
• Managing and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with you
• Helping the sous chef and head chef to develop specials
• Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety
• Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
