Caol Ila is a hidden gem producing a fine, smoky whisky, offering visitors a unique experience and breathtaking views of the Sound of Islay.
Your Time at Work
This exciting opportunity allows you to be part of a dynamic team, creating a memorable experience for visitors at Caol Ila distillery.
You will be responsible for sharing the stories and craft of the distillery with passion and enthusiasm, providing an immersive visitor experience.
This role requires delivering first-class customer service, including greeting visitors, hosting tours, working within retail as a product expert, and assisting in the preparation and serving of food and drinks in the bar while maintaining hygiene standards.
You will also participate in planning and executing events throughout the year, building relationships with customers, and working in a passionate industry.
