Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• First point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer queries.
• Be a brand ambassador with in-depth product knowledge.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Outfit building for customers and make product recommendations.
• Assess customers’ needs and provide information on product features.
• Drive store KPIs and suggest improvements.
• Ensure shop and stock room presentation and organization are maintained.
