Job summary

Annabel’s in London is seeking an experienced Seasonal Bartender to join during the September to January season. You will deliver exceptional service, craft cocktails, and create memorable experiences for Members in a world‑class hospitality environment.

Bring confidence, charisma and knowledge of spirits and wine to a fast‑paced setting, while collaborating with a dynamic team across multiple bars and dining spaces at Annabel’s.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender in a high‑profile destination bar, restaurant, hotel or private members’ club.
• Genuine passion for cocktails and confidence in preparing and serving classic and contemporary drinks.
• Strong interest in developing knowledge of spirits, wine and food.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced and charismatic Seasonal Bartender to join the team at Annabel’s, the iconic private members’ club at 46 Berkeley Square and part of The Birley Clubs, for the September to January season.

Annabel’s spans 26,000 square feet and is home to five restaurants, bars, private dining rooms and a cigar lounge. Our world-class Chefs, Sommeliers and Mixologists create exceptional menus, cocktails and wine lists, using expertly sourced seasonal ingredients and innovative techniques to deliver unforgettable dining and drinking experiences.

As a Seasonal Bartender, you will play an important role in delivering the exceptional service and atmosphere for which Annabel’s is renowned. You will bring confidence, charisma and attention to detail to every interaction, while using your knowledge and passion for cocktails, spirits, wine and food to create memorable experiences for our Members.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bartender looking to join a world-class hospitality environment and be part of the Annabel’s team during one of the Club’s busiest and most vibrant periods.

• Have previous experience as a Bartender within a high-profile destination bar, restaurant, hotel or private members’ club
• Have a genuine passion for cocktails and confidence preparing and serving classic and contemporary drinks
• Have a strong interest in developing their knowledge of spirits, wine and food
• Are confident, charismatic and personable, with the ability to build strong relationships with Members
• Are attentive, intuitive and proactive, with a natural ability to anticipate Members’ needs
• Take pride in consistently high standards of service, presentation and attention to detail
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm and professional under pressure
• Are excellent team players with strong communication skills
