Located in the picturesque coastal town of Deal, Kent, the Royal Hotel offers a seaside escape with 18 luxurious bedrooms, some with balconies overlooking the sea. Guests can dine in the Quarterdeck restaurant or relax in the Boathouse bar, which features a terrace and garden with stunning sea views.

If you do not have previous hospitality experience, don’t worry. As long as you are over 18 and possess the qualities outlined below, we can train you and teach you everything you need to know.

We are an independent family business with an award-winning visitor centre and over 300 pubs and hotels across London and the South East, from the City to the Kent coast. We employ around 1,500 team members across our pub estate and more than 270 at our brewery and support office.
