Shepherd Neame is on the lookout for part time, seasonal Bar Team Members to join us until September,so if you love hospitality, are a people person and you enjoy being on the front line in a busy role; this may be just the job for you.

Set in the picturesque coastal town of Deal, Kent, the Royal Hotel is the perfect destination for a seaside escape. The hotel has 18 luxurious bedrooms to choose from, several with balconies overlooking the sea. Guests can dine in the hotel’s Quarterdeck restaurant or the relaxed surroundings of the Boathouse bar which has a terrace and garden area offering glorious sea views.

At Shepherd Neame we know that first impressions count, so you will play an important part in our business ensuring that youacknowledge our customers with a warm welcome and deliver great service to them at every opportunity.

If you haven’t got any previous hospitality experienceplease do not worry, so long as that you are over 18 years old and you possess some of the qualities outlined below, we can train you and teach you everything else that you will need to know.
