Upham Inns at The George Inn in Sutton is seeking energetic Food & Beverage Team Members to join a fun, fast‑paced guest‑facing team. We welcome attitude and potential, with full training and opportunities to progress.

Formación

• You’re 18+ (licensing laws and all that!).
• A natural people person and great communicator.
• Confident, organised, and ready to make good decisions.
• Some general food & drink knowledge.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Happy to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Greeting guests with the warmest welcome.
• Taking orders, serving great food & drinks, and handling payments.
• Making and serving hot & cold drinks (including the fun boozy ones!).
• Keeping the restaurant sparkling clean.
• Supporting managers when needed.
• Making every guest’s experience special from start to finish.
• Delivering high quality even when it’s busy.
• Getting stuck into training and learning new skills.
• Growing your confidence and responsibilities over time.
