Job Description:

As a seasonal Arcade Host, you will be outgoing, friendly, approachable, and confident, with a passion for customer engagement and service. Your role is to ensure every customer leaves happy by providing help and advice whenever needed. Reliability and punctuality are essential, along with flexibility to adapt to changing shift patterns.

Overview of the Arcade Host role:

You will work as part of a team in a fast-paced, fun environment open 7 days a week. Your responsibilities include ensuring guests enjoy their time, maintaining the operation, cleanliness, and proper merchandising of arcade machines.

• Listening to customer issues and resolving problems politely and efficiently
• Ensuring the arcade is clean, attractive, and well merchandised
• Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for visitors of all ages
• Performing basic maintenance on arcade machines
• Assisting in the prize shop by exchanging tickets for prizes
• Reporting relevant information to supervisors and managers

Compensation and Benefits:

• £10.42 per hour
• Flexible full-time and part-time positions (depending on the site)
