Job Description:

As a seasonal Arcade Host, you will be outgoing, friendly, approachable, and confident, with a passion for customer engagement and service. Your role is to ensure every customer leaves happy by providing help and advice whenever possible. Reliability and punctuality are essential, and flexibility in shift patterns is required.

Working hours include Monday, Friday, and Saturday from 9am to 2pm, and Sunday from 6pm to 12am.

The Arcade Host works in a fast-paced, fun environment open 7 days a week, ensuring guests enjoy their experience while maintaining the arcade machines, keeping the area clean, and merchandising effectively.

• Listening to customer issues and resolving problems politely and efficiently.
• Serving customers in the prize shop.
• Stocking machines and the shop by exchanging tickets for prizes.
• Keeping the arcade clean, attractive, and well merchandised.
• Ensuring the arcade is a safe and welcoming environment for all visitors.
• Performing basic maintenance on arcade machines.
• Reporting relevant issues to supervisors and managers.

Compensation is £10.42 per hour. Flexible full-time and part-time positions are available depending on the site, with overtime during busy periods. Benefits include a "Recommend a Friend" scheme, uniform provision, and discounts on park facilities (where applicable).
