About the role

At Bradbury Gardens, situated near Pittville Park in Cheltenham, we support residents with a wide range of learning and physical disabilities. Many enjoy activities like fashion, music, shopping, sports, and socializing.

As a member of our care team, you will:

• Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, and mealtimes
• Support residents and students in their daily activities
• Record and communicate progress towards personal goals with families
• Facilitate communication with family and friends to promote social interaction
• Administer medication following relevant training
