Job Description:

Your role as a Search Production Administrator is to support data requests for the wider Search Production team. You will ensure the data collected through various sources is accurate and comprehensive, enabling the team to produce detailed and reliable RLAS searches for our B2B customers, adhering to company standards and PCCB guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Accept Search orders via inhouse IT system, check order request information, and request data from various sources.
  2. Manage work queues effectively to ensure timely data retrieval.
  3. Review and upload returned data to relevant IT systems, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
  4. Communicate with Local Authorities via phone/email to request information.
  5. Explore alternative methods to obtain data more quickly or accurately.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:
  • Excellent attention to detail and confidence in data accuracy.
  • Experience in data entry or administration roles is beneficial.
  • Proactive, inquisitive, and able to challenge incorrect information.
  • Adaptable, team-oriented, and collaborative.
  • Methodical with good queue management skills.
  • Good IT skills and quick learner of new systems.
  • Process-driven and able to follow SOPs.
