We are seeking an SEO Specialist who is passionate about technical SEO and creating engaging, optimised content to join our international team.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings across search engines (Google, Bing, etc.). Analyse competitors, identify content gaps, and optimise on-page and off-page SEO efforts for Phaidon International and its portfolio of brands.
• Content Creation: Write high-quality, engaging, and SEO-optimised copy for various digital platforms, including blogs, web pages & landing pages.
• Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-traffic, relevant search terms, and strategically incorporate them into content to maximise visibility and conversion.
• SEO Audits: Perform website audits for Phaidon International and its brands to identify areas of improvement, such as site structure, user experience, and content optimisation.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

• Monitor SEO performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
• Develop detailed reports and dashboards to track SEO performance, including keyword rankings, traffic growth, and conversion rates.
• Provide actionable insights based on data to improve SEO strategies and overall website performance.
• Regularly communicate performance trends, insights, and recommendations to internal teams and management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for SEO agency teams, providing guidance, feedback, and addressing any issues that arise.
• Work closely with the marketing teams across Phaidon International and its brands to ensure that content aligns with business goals, brand voice, and marketing objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to ensure strategies are always ahead of the curve.

Key Requirements:

• 2 – 3 years of proven experience as an SEO Specialist, Copywriter, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimisation.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
• Ability to analyse data, derive insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Basic understanding of HTML and website content management systems (CMS), including Umbraco.
• Proven experience managing external teams or SEO agencies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
