SEO Strategist – Multi-Platform, AI-Focused

From £35k + benefits

Rare opportunity for an experienced SEO Strategist to join a growing team and lead the delivery of cutting-edge, multi-platform search strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative SEO strategies across all core pillars: technical SEO, content, on-site and off-site optimisation. You'll also be at the forefront of AI-driven search (GEO), optimising for visibility in generative search experiences like Google AI Overviews, and expanding reach across platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, Amazon, and voice assistants.

You’ll collaborate closely with content, tech, PR, UX, and creative teams to ensure SEO is integrated across all digital touchpoints. You’ll also guide and support SEO executives, help shape performance reporting, and share strategic insights with both internal teams and clients.

Key requirements:

• 3+ years’ SEO experience (agency experience preferred)
• Strong skills in technical SEO, keyword research, on-page optimisation, and content strategy
• Familiarity with AI search visibility techniques, entity SEO, and content clustering
• Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, GSC, and a broader SEO tech stack
• Strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to learning
