Position: Search Engine Optimization Executive

Focus 5 Recruitment is excited to be working with a growing digital marketing agency that is looking to hire an enthusiastic and knowledgeable SEO Executive. This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive team, taking ownership of SEO strategies and implementation across various client accounts.

This hands-on, multifaceted role involves technical SEO, content creation, reporting, and direct client interaction. You will have the chance to shape and execute SEO campaigns while working closely with senior team members, clients, and external partners.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Developing and delivering tailored SEO strategies for clients
2. Planning and managing monthly SEO tasks for assigned accounts
3. Executing a range of SEO activities, from on-page content to technical audits
4. Creating, editing, and publishing content aligned with SEO goals
5. Tracking and reporting SEO performance with clear, actionable data
6. Conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits
7. Managing budgets and task tracking within agency software
8. Participating in client meetings to share strategies and insights
9. Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver effective campaigns

Desired SEO Executive experience:

1. Proven experience in delivering SEO growth, preferably within an agency setting
2. Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies
3. Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
4. Confidence in managing client communications and discussing SEO strategies
