Job summary

Sofina Foods Europe is seeking a Production Operative in Livingston to join a busy team producing and packing fresh and frozen seafood. You’ll receive full training and have opportunities to develop skills within a large food manufacturing business.

The role involves preparing ingredients, feeding lines, packing products, checking quality, operating equipment, and keeping your area clean and safe. Shift is Mon-Fri 06:30–14:30 with a pay rate of £12.90 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production is preferred but training will be provided.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Reliable and practical with good organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and feed production lines.
• Pack products and label accordingly.
• Check product quality and sizes.
• Operate equipment safely after training.
• Keep your work area clean and safe.
• Work to daily production targets.
