Job summary

Sofina Foods is hiring Production Operatives at the Young’s Seafood facility in Fraserburgh. This hands-on, fast-paced role involves operating production machinery, following standardised recipes and schedules, and conducting quality checks to meet food safety standards.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm, with a competitive £12.90 per hour. You’ll join a team that values collaboration, reliability and continuous growth in a values-driven business that puts people first.
