Boardroom Advisors is a team of part-time professionals dedicated to helping Scale-ups and SMEs succeed. Our Regional Directors and Advisors aim to achieve a healthy work/life balance.

If you are an experienced business person with entrepreneurial and consulting experience, we want to hear from you.

There is no entry or joining fee; this is not a franchise. Directors can run their own region as an Associate, building a team of Advisors, potential partners, and clients.

You should be energetic, innovative, and skilled in business development and sales. This role is flexible, often part-time (2-3 days/week), and offers a share in the business's future, potentially through an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) in 5-6 years.

This role resembles a franchise but with no signing or franchise fees—it's fee-sharing. You will operate as an Associate, managing your own region, with responsibilities including business development, sales, marketing, networking, recruitment, team management, and customer service.

Job Details

We have over 150 senior Advisors across the UK who can serve as part-time Operations, Commercial, Managing Directors, or Non-Executive Directors. Regional Directors can also be Advisors if they wish.

We are seeking Regional Directors especially in London, East Midlands, and Scotland.
