A leading London-based tech organization is seeking an SDR Manager to lead a team in generating quality leads within the IT and Telco sectors. This hybrid role requires 3 days per week in central London and offers uncapped bonuses, excellent benefits, and significant career progression opportunities.
This is a fantastic permanent SDR Manager opportunity with a leading London-based tech organisation.
The Sales Development Manager position is Hybrid, requiring 3 days per week in central London and the rest working from home.
As SDR Manager, previous experience leading teams of SDRs (and/or BDRs) is essential, particularly in generating quality leads within IT or Telco / Communications sectors (ideally Cloud, UC, UCaaS). Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC is a bonus but not essential. The role requires a hands-on background in Sales Development or Business Development, with CRM experience (preferably Salesforce or Salesloft), and skills in team management, training, and process optimization. You will take over an existing team of 3-5 SDRs/BDRs, with scope to shape and grow the team.
The role offers uncapped bonuses per qualified lead and a percentage of sales generated, providing high earning potential and career progression. The team primarily targets SMB and Mid Market companies, so relevant experience in these areas is desirable.
Key skills include: IT / Telco / Communications, Hands-on BDR/SDR experience, CRM expertise, team leadership, and familiarity with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
