Job summary

HelloKindred is seeking a Control Analyst to drive SDLC and Deployment controls across internally developed apps and third-party solutions. The role sits in the first line of defense, working with application teams and governance stakeholders to improve evidence quality and compliance.

You will define controls, run spot checks, and produce audit-ready documentation. The position is contract-based with hybrid work arrangements and an emphasis on training and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Agile software delivery and control environments.
• Ability to produce audit-ready evidence and reporting.
• Knowledge of SDLC and deployment controls.
• Experience with testing and change management tooling.

Responsibilities

• Define and embed SDLC and DEPL controls; coach teams on best practices.
• Plan and run SDLC/DEPL control spot checks; track outcomes and remediation.
• Support teams in producing complete, audit-ready evidence and documentation.
• Monitor DevOps metrics; identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Create user-friendly training materials and guidance documents.
