Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup in Sheffield is seeking a Control Analyst on a contract basis through 30/11/2026. The role sits in the first line of defence within the risk management framework and focuses on SDLC and Deployment controls across internal and third-party software.

You will monitor compliance, drive evidence quality, support remediation activities, and deliver training to engineering teams, collaborating with Cyber Management and central governance functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Agile software delivery environment.
• Experience defining, collecting and presenting evidence to meet control, audit or assurance expectations.
• Understanding of change delivery processes and tooling.

Responsibilities

• Define and embed good practice for SDLC/DEPL Controls and coach teams on remediation.
• Operate SDLC/DEPL spot-check process and track outcomes and closure.
• Produce audit-ready evidence and maintain regulatory reporting.
• Monitor DevOps metrics to identify trends and propose corrective actions.
• Create user-friendly training materials and guidance for technical and non-technical audiences.
