• Lead a global QA automation team, providing vision, leadership, and management.
• Develop and own automation and performance testing frameworks for the single dealer platform.
• Ensure quality delivery of QA for the platform, maintaining production standards.
• Coordinate with Business and Technology stakeholders for feature delivery and upgrades.
• Participate in impact analysis and define test plans and cases for functional and end-to-end testing.
• Drive automation within sprints, promoting best practices.
• Analyze defects, manage fix/retest cycles, and produce test reports.
• Review runbooks to mitigate rollout risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to deliver high-quality products.
• Mentor team members and contribute to process improvements.
• Operate effectively in a dynamic, global environment.

Qualifications

• Senior software developer in test with high expertise.
• Strong FX business knowledge, especially in Front Office Trading QA.
• Excellent analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and diplomacy skills.
• Proficiency in Java, Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Git, CI tools (Jenkins, TeamCity), and experience with frameworks like Cucumber.
• Experience with ALM, Zephyr, Jira, Confluence, OpenShift, Splunk.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a global team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education

• Bachelor’s/University degree.
