Salary Details: Potential for £120-240 per day - a combination of hourly pay, fixed rate per tour, and commission.

Founded in 1910, Scudamore's is Cambridge's premier punting and boat hire company. We seek lively, outgoing, and aspirational individuals to promote and deliver our award-winning punt tours of the College Backs.

No prior punting, guiding, or sales experience is necessary as full training is provided.

We operate all year round with a rolling recruitment program and regular monthly training courses.

As a River Tour Guide at Scudamore’s, you’ll be an ambassador for Cambridge, welcoming visitors warmly and attentively. Your main responsibilities include:

• Delivering memorable, informative, inspiring, and entertaining punt tours.
• Offering courteous ticket sales in a competitive environment.
• Providing high-quality, consistent service in line with our standards and values.
• Maintaining a safe working environment for all.

• Potential earnings of £120-240 per day, combining hourly pay, fixed tour rates, and uncapped commissions.
• All tips from customers are yours to keep.
